OK1KIR EME Team - 24 GHz, Our System

The picture gallery shows our system for 24 GHz. The first QSO was with DF1OI on March 9^th 2008. We made 7 CW QSOs until now (May 2010). Our last QSO before TWT failure was with LX1DB on April 4^th 2008. The system consisted of 4.5 m solid dish 4.5m f/D=0.42, linear polarization horn - the whole rig was rotatable in the dish focus point, TRX 24048 MHz/145 MHz (DB6NT design), 1.7dB WG LNA (DB6NT) and TWT 15 W rf - now out of service.
